All property listings, descriptions, measurements, and pricing information on our platform are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or current.

Property availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Photographs and virtual representations may not reflect the current condition of properties. We recommend physical site inspections before making any purchase decisions.

4. Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Conduct your own due diligence on properties before purchase
• Comply with all applicable Ghanaian laws regarding property transactions

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for property purchases and services are specified in individual contracts and agreements. Zionite Real Estate offers flexible payment plans ranging from 6 to 24 months for eligible properties.

All payments must be made through approved channels. Refund policies are governed by individual purchase agreements and applicable Ghanaian law.

6. Title and Ownership

Zionite Real Estate works with the Ghana Lands Commission to verify property titles. However, we recommend that all clients conduct independent title verification through legal counsel.

Transfer of ownership is completed upon full payment and registration with the appropriate government authorities. We assist with documentation but are not responsible for delays caused by government agencies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zionite Real Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from market fluctuations, changes in property values, or investment performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Zionite Real Estate and is protected by Ghanaian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with Ghanaian arbitration laws, with proceedings held in Accra, Ghana.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ghana.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
